(2) Hypotension Risk
Apple cinnamon tea is known for regulating high blood pressure because of the presence of potassium in it. However, gulping down several cups of apple cinnamon tea may lower your blood pressure to an extreme level, and thus increases the risk of hypotension, a condition characterized by symptoms such as fatigue, dizziness, nausea, vomiting, loss of consciousness and blurred vision, etc.
Similarly, if you are already on medication for the high blood pressure then too much consumption of apple cinnamon tea may interfere with the medication.
