The citric acid in clementines may break down the tooth enamel, and increases the risk of oral problems like cavities, gum diseases, and bad breath, etc.

(2) May Increases The Risk of Acid Reflux

Clementines contain citric acid, and eating too many clementines may increase the risk of acid reflux.
