8 Major Side Effects of Eating Too Many Clementines

Clementine or tangor is a citrus fruit with a smooth glossy appearance and deep orange color. It is a hybrid between the willow leaf mandarin orange and the sweet orange. They are sweet and juicy and are less acidic than orange. Clementine provides many health and beauty benefits due to the abundance of essential nutrients like vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, phytonutrients, polyphenols, and dietary fibers, etc. Eat clementines in moderation as there are some side effects of eating too many clementines.

Some major side effects of eating too many clementines are as follows.

The citric acid in clementines may break down the tooth enamel, and increases the risk of oral problems like cavities, gum diseases, and bad breath, etc.
