Spinach is very beneficial for our skin, and one of the most incredible beauty benefits of spinach is that it is very effective in fighting against acne. Acne is one of the most commonly known skin problems which affects millions of us all over the planet. Acne is caused by the clogging of our skin pores by dirt, pollution, excessive oil and other impurities.

To use spinach for getting rid of acne, blend spinach with some water and apply it on your face as a face pack for 20 to 25 minutes. This spinach face pack will remove all the dirt, oil, and impurities and will make your skin refreshed and rejuvenating again.

Another method of using spinach for acne treatment is to regularly drink spinach juice mixed with other vegetables in the following proportion ½ tomato, ¼ cucumber, 1 carrot, 1 celery, ½ pepper, ½ cup cabbage, 1 green onion and a handful spinach.

      Good to know that you enjoyed reading the article. If you have your own garden then you should definitely give a try growing spinach. It is loaded with a lots of benefits. We don’t have enough space for maintaing a garden and we are just dependent on market for all our veggies. I wish we could grow some at home because they will be much better than those available in market.
