Let it cool and massage it into your scalp using a cotton pad. Leave it for 15 minutes and then wash off with water. Doing the same week twice in a week will improve blood circulation of our scalp and thus promotes hair growth and controls hair loss problem.

Capsicum is an excellent source of vitamin C and this makes capsicum very beneficial for our hair.     Eating those brightly colored b veggies is so important to everything that our bodies need to do the job they were intended to do.
